POLYETHYLENE FILM
Polyethylene film production covers LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE grades in blown and cast formats. Applications include agricultural film, industrial liners, food-adjacent wrapping, and heavy-duty sacks requiring consistent tensile and elongation properties.
BARRIER FILM
Barrier film packaging structures combine functional polymer layers to control oxygen transmission rate, water vapour transmission, and aroma retention. Coextrusion with EVOH, PA, or metallised layers achieves high-barrier performance in flexible format.
SHRINK FILM
Shrink film manufacturer output includes POF, PVC-free, and polyethylene-based shrink films for retail and industrial applications. Controlled shrink ratios allow uniform surface conformation on grouped packs, trays, and irregular product shapes.
CUSTOM FILM
Custom flexible packaging solutions are developed to specific gauge, width, coextrusion structure, and surface treatment requirements. Printed film options support brand application directly onto the packaging material for retail and e-commerce channels.
